Greenbriar at Whittingham was built in two sections. Construction of the Whittingham, section began in 1986 and included the Courtyard Collection of town homes, the Carriage Collection of two ranch style single family homes, and the Manor Collection of four apartment units, two upper and two lower apartments. The price range for the units in the Whittingham section goes from $129,000 to $270, 0000. Whittingham and Greenbriar share the same clubhouse and all activities.

Greenbriar section began building around 1997 and consists of single family Detached home with two car garages, and Villa homes that are attached on one side, with a one car garage. Lofts and basement were available for homes built in the Greenbriar section.
